Accessibility Statement

1Our commitment

XTM Construction, LLC wants anyone to be able to request a quote, read about our work, and manage their project on this site, including people who use screen readers, magnification, voice control, switch devices, or a keyboard instead of a mouse. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not as a cleanup task afterward.

2The standard we build to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA is the benchmark most commonly referenced in United States accessibility practice and is the standard courts and regulators look to when applying Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act to websites.

• Text and background colors are chosen to meet the contrast ratios WCAG requires
• Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone
• Focus is visible so you can tell where you are on the page
• Form fields have labels that screen readers announce, and errors are described in text rather than by color alone
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
• Headings are used in order so a screen reader can navigate by structure
• Dialogs identify themselves, trap focus while open, and close with the Escape key
• The site works at 200 percent zoom and on small screens without loss of content or function

3Where we know we fall short

We would rather tell you what is imperfect than claim the site is flawless. As of the date at the top of this page, we are aware of the following.

• The site uses scroll driven animation and parallax movement in several sections. We are working toward full support for the reduced motion setting in your operating system so that these effects are suppressed when you have asked for less motion.
• The horizontal services section moves as you scroll. The same information is available in the Services list and by contacting us directly.
• Some third party components come from an external interface library, and we do not control every detail of how they are announced by assistive technology.
• Project photographs are described in general terms rather than in full detail. Ask us and we will describe any project in as much detail as you want.
• No further issues are outstanding from our most recent review.

4How we check

We review the site against WCAG 2.1 AA using a combination of automated testing and manual checks, including keyboard only navigation and screen reader testing. Our most recent review was August 19, 2026, performed by our web team. This statement has not been independently certified by a third party.

5If the website does not work for you

You never have to use this website to do business with us. Everything the site does, a person can do with you directly.

• Email xtmcon@gmail.com and we will reply in whatever format works best for you
• Ask for documents in large print or as plain text and we will provide them at no charge
• Ask us to read a document to you over the phone

6Telling us about a problem

If you run into a barrier on this site, tell us. Email xtmcon@gmail.com with the subject line Accessibility, or call (210) 485-9831. It helps to know the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what browser and assistive technology you were using, but tell us in whatever way is easiest and we will work it out.

• We acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days
• We tell you what we found and what we intend to do about it, with a timeline
• If a fix will take time, we give you a direct way to accomplish what you were trying to do in the meantime

7Our physical services

Accessibility is also part of the work we do. If you need accessible design in your project, including ramps, wider doorways, roll in showers, grab bar blocking, lever hardware, or clearances that meet the ADA Standards for Accessible Design or the Texas Accessibility Standards, tell us at the estimate stage so it is designed in rather than added later.
